Sunday Silent Meditation
Join us on Sunday mornings
Come meditate Sundays during first service. We meditate/contemplate in total silence—Unitarian Universalist style. Connect with your deeper, wiser, intuitive knowing; cultivate a calm non-anxious presence; contribute to peace on earth.
Look for us in the Friarplace 45 minutes before first service starts. For 9:15 a.m. services we meditate from 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. For 10:00 a.m. services we meditate from 9:15 - 9:45 a.m.
