Fun and fellowship with a group campout

Join us this year for fellowship and outdoor fun at the annual Summer Campout. Enjoy hiking, kayaking, sandcastle building, wading in the bay, playing at the Birch Bay Water Park and walking on the beach, not to mention the spectacular scenery and the fun of hanging around the campfire toasting marshmallows.

We have reserved group campsite G1 and campsite 103 for extra room. The group campsite is located away from the other campsites and surrounded by woods. It has a covered cooking shelter with picnic tables, a fire ring and a lot of tent spaces scattered among the trees. It is a walk-in campsite.

If you want to camp in a trailer or RV we need to get an additional site. Please contact me as soon as you can so we can reserve another campsite.

Please bring a camp chair for each person in your group.

Dogs must be on leashes or in vehicles at all times.

To find out more about Birch Bay Pass State Park, call (360) 902-8844, or check it out online. Click on the “Find a Park” pull down menu. Then select “Birch Bay” and press “GO”.

We are planning a group dinner for Saturday for those who want to participate. This will be a guided potluck type meal. Suggestions are welcomed before July 5th.

We will have someone check in at the campsite around 3 p.m. on Thursday, Jul 26. Checkout is 11 a.m. on Sunday, Jul 29th.

Registration

Please fill out the registration form and turn it in to the office with a check to cover the fees.
