Importance of this meeting

At EUUC the highest governance power lies with the congregation of members. Collectively, the members vote to elect slates of candidates to serve on the Board of Trustees, Nominating Committee, Endowment Committee, and Canvass Committee. We also vote to approve the budget for the upcoming fiscal year running from July through June. At this meeting we will also vote on a proposed bylaw change regarding the date of the annual meeting. A quorum of 15% of the Membership is required for business to be conducted. 

Child care will be available during the meeting and light snacks will be served. Everyone is welcome to attend, however you must be present and be a Member of Edmonds Unitarian Universalist Church to vote.
