We supply Chase Lake Community School with clothing, snacks, books, and summer school scholarships. They are currently looking for volunteers to be “lunch time buddies” and homework helpers after school.
Three corporations are teaming up with customers to help schools. You only need to shop as you normally do and save the labels from products you use.
Each label coupon is worth 10¢ for Chase Lake Community School. The dimes add up quickly, especially if you share this information with friends who want to help. The complete list of products can be viewed at www.boxtops4education.com.
This program provides school supplies and equipment in exchange for a set number of labels, similiar to the Betty Crocker program several years ago. In fact Betty Crocker products are now part of this program. Visit www.labelsforeducation.com for a complete list of what to save.
You'll be surprised by how many you probably already use...everything from Kleenex, toilet paper and storage baggies to breakfast cereal, frozen vegetables, soup, flour, bic pens....
The label portion we save is tiny and may be difficult to spot if you don't know where to look. Call me or bring in the entire label. Just drop the labels in the plastic container across from the welcome desk. Our stack is growing larger each week!
For those who shop online there are hundreds of participating stores, hotels, services including Groupon. Check out the list at www.boxtops4education.com. When you're prompted for a school enter
Chase Lake Community School, Edmonds 98026
The school will get credit for what you buy.
Many grocery stores let you earn points for Chase Lake automatically. Register at www.labelsforeducation.com, and select
Chase Lake Elementary School, 98026
Qualifying points will be added to Chase Lake's account whenever you swipe your card. Additionally you can still clip and save these same labels for our container at church.
