Responsibility for the supervision and maintenance of EUUC’s physical property resides in the Board of Trustees through the work of the Facilities Committee.
Members may occasionally borrow folding chairs and black folding R.E. tables for EUUC-related activities held in members’ homes. Such usage must be arranged with the Administrator. Other tables and non-folding chairs are not available for loan.
Lending or renting equipment to non-church people to be used away from the EUUC premises shall not be permitted.
Use of office equipment (e.g. copy machine or copy room computer) by members for EUUC-related activities shall be allowed on site with the permission of the Congregational Administrator. Cost for copy machine use will be set by the Administrator. TV, VCR and overhead projector are for use on EUUC premises only. Flip charts and paper, whiteboards, hymnals and songbooks must not be removed from the premises.
