The Sunday Offering cause for February, Northwest Immigrant Rights Project”, couldn’t be more timely. The organization promotes justice by defending and advancing the rights of immigrants through direct legal services, systemic advocacy and community education.  NWIRP provides legal services to some of the most vulnerable people in our community-undocumented immigrants and refugees.

Funds will be used to help victims of trafficking and other violence to gain protection and legal status, legal advocacy for immigrants held in detention, deportation defense, keeping families together with family visas, and helping abused and neglected children gain legal status.
