Come browse our shelves most Sundays from 10:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., except summer, when we are closed. After the service squeeze past the crowd in the Narthex and wander down to the Bookstore Foyer, which is centrally located between the classroom wing, the Courtyard, the Narthex, and the toddler room.
You will find books that bring a smile, that offer new perspectives, and that elucidate complex topics. Our goal is to offer titles that might help you live your Unitarian Universalist principles. Our shelves are filled with books of many genres: religious humanism, liberal Christianity, Buddhism, sustainability, peace, personal growth, justice, and contemporary issues.
In addition to the convenience of shopping at church, we offer the added benefit of low prices. Including tax, the price of our books is almost always below the list price.
If you would like to order books for yourself or your committee, please read Low-Cost Books.
Regretfully, we cannot read—or even be aware of—every intriguing book. If you are familiar with a book that you would like to see the Bookstore carry, please email Barb Chessler.
