WHAT DO THEY DO? The Transition Team works with our congregation to discern and describe who we are as a congregation and where we are headed. Congregational self-understanding is key to finding a Settled Minister who is a good match for our congregation in the years ahead. |

Dear All,
This is a message from the Ministerial Search Committee. We have reached the place where we need input from all of you. Please kindly respond to the following two survey requests.
One is a general survey for our congregational profile, and one is for use in an upcoming workshop (the Breaking Barriers, Building Beliefs or B4 workshop). Please complete the general survey by September 30th and then complete the workshop information by October 12th.

| 15 July — 01 September 2026 | Submit Break Barriers, Build Beliefs (B4) application (scheduled in order of submission) |
| Mid-November 2026 | Congregational record/search profile completed and shared with transitional minister and UUA regional staff for review/feedback |
| Mid-late November 2026 | Review of congregational record/search profile |
| Dec 1, 2026 | Congregational record/search profile approved and published. Search team may request publication as late as Dec. 15 if they are not ready on the 1st. |
| 04 January, 2027 | Release of names of initial applicants to the search team (soft deadline for ministers to apply) |
| 25 January, 2027 | Pre-candidating offers extended |
| 26 January | Pre-candidating offers accepted |
| Monday, 22 March, 2027 | Search teams submit ranked yes/maybe/no list to Transitions Team |
