WHAT DO THEY DO? The Transition Team works with our congregation to discern and describe who we are as a congregation and where we are headed. Congregational self-understanding is key to finding a Settled Minister who is a good match for our congregation in the years ahead. |
WHAT WILL THEY DO? With knowledge of our congregation in mind, the Search Team will represent us in preparing the position announcement, conducting interviews, and all the other important steps needed to select our next Settled Minister. |

Effective January 1, 2025 until July 31, 2025, Rev. Nancy Reid-Mckee has agreed to act as a consultant, specifically finding ministers or professionals to lead the Sunday morning services. Rev. Reid-McKee will also be available for Memorial Services or other services as needed and will be compensated for these additional services at the UUMA recommended rate.
