Poinsettia Order Form

Each year we decorate the chancel area in Chapman Hall with poinsettias which members can purchase to honor special people who are significant in their lives or to remember loved ones who have died.

Plants are $20 each and can be taken home after the Christmas Eve service. All of the dedications will be in the slide show on Sundays in December and on Christmas Eve.

Once you submit this form, please be sure to send payment per email sent to you, no later than Tuesday, December 2. Be sure to include the names of those you are honoring or memorializing. You can use this form to be sure we gather all the necessary information.
