Robin Wall Kimmerer offers her thoughts on “Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants” in this rich, beautiful book that was introduced in the Earth Day service about gratitude and reciprocity. There is so much to ponder and learn from this wonderful Potawatomi professor! Many of us have wished we could talk with others to delve deeper. Now we have our chance!

  • When: The first of 6 discussions will take place June 14.
  • Time:  7-8:00 PM
  • Braiding Sweetgrass is available at the library and local bookstores, and we will have loaner copies at the Social Justice Desk.
