Executive Committee Meetings
Members and purpose
An Executive Committee comprised of the Minister, Board President, Board Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary may be formed to meet weekly to review draft Board packets, set the monthly agenda for the Board meeting and handle any business that need not come before the whole Board. The Administrator shall be a non-voting member of the committee.
A brief summary of the actions of the Executive Committee meeting should be included in the Board packet and distributed to Board members prior to the monthly meeting.
