Dr. Woodard is the Vice President of Community Engagement at Volunteers of America Western Washington and is also an elected official, serving on the City Council in Mountlake Terrace. Service is his calling. Steve serves on several social justice-focused Boards of Directors/Trustees in the region. Steve’s most meaningful responsibility is he is a husband and father of two.
