Benefits of reserving or purchasing tickets in advance.
If you reserve or purchase a ticket in advance, your bid card will be waiting for you when you arrive at the auction. You will be able to check in and start bidding immediately. Many of the parties, dinners, and other experiences offer limited spots and fill up quickly.
There is no need to pay when you reserve your tickets. We will add the ticket prices to your bill at the auction. If the tickets are not paid for at that time, we will send you an invoice by mail or email.
Tickets sold at the door are on a space available basis.
In addition, advance ticket sales help us prepare for the event. For instance, ticket sales help us know how much food to prepare and how many tables to set.
Reservation Deadline
Online ticket reservations must be made by the Tuesday before the auction.
Paper Tickets Not Required
Once you purchase or reserve a ticket, we’ll be expecting you. Paper tickets are not required for entry.
Bought a ticket, unable to attend?
If you have purchased tickets and are unable to attend, please sell or give your tickets to anyone of your choice. Then, email the Auction RSVP team to let us know who will be attending in your place. This allows us to update the bid cards.
Ticket charges can be cancelled if your absence is due to illness or another hardship. Please contact the auction committee to request a waiver.
