LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Let us remember that our congregational home,
this site on which we gather, is placed on the ancestral lands of the Snohomish people, who have inhabited this region of the Salish Sea
since time immemorial, and who continue their livelihoods on these lands today.

May we all live and learn -- humbly -- as allies to the Snohomish.

    • Volunteer Roles

      Classroom Teacher Assistant
Provide assistance to our Lead Teachers on Sunday mornings, helping with activities, set up and clean up, snack, games, and general classroom support. This is about a 1 hour commitment, on Sunday mornings, once a month.

      Classroom Lead Teacher
Are you interested in teaching one of the classes, we provide an easy to teach curriculum in each of our classes and strive to have everything prepared for you to step in and lead. We work as a team to ensure you have everything you need to be successful. This is about a 1 hour commitment on Sunday mornings, twice a month.

      Volunteer Youth Advisor
Volunteering with the Youth Group can be an especially rewarding experience. Our youth group meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays from 11:30-1:30 (lunch is provided). We are also working on a middle school youth group that will meet on 1st Sundays after lunch from 11:30-1:30 (lunch provided).

      Arts and Worship Assistant
Do you have an artistic or crafty side, an interest in theater and worship arts, or want to learn some of these crafts? Help with Children's Chapel Sundays (fourth Sunday of the month) and special multi-generational worship services, 3-4 times/year.

    Irreverent/Reverent Gratitude

Sunday February 15th 10 am in person and 9:50 am onlineRev. April Frazier

Have you ever felt like “feeling grateful” was one more thing on your to-do list? Or a cliche that makes you roll your eyes? Or maybe wonder if it is even possible to pay attention to gratitude when everything else happening in the world crowds it out? Let’s take a breath, take off the pressure and find an opening in the mundane and mystical…and then maybe we can find some laughter, awe, and gratitude.
