Social Justice Reading Circle and Potluck: Her Body, Our Laws – December 7

Please join us on Friday, December 7 at 6:30 pm to discuss the timely book Her Body, Our Lives. Written by Professor Michelle Oberman, a legal scholar who also has a Masters in Public Health, the book takes us from El Salvador to Oklahoma, meeting with people on both sides of the abortion wars. The highly readable book highlights the intersectionality of this issue. It also reveals the sometimes surprising consequences of anti-abortion laws. Copies are available at the Social Justice desk to check out. We will enjoy a potluck dinner in off-site in Edmond. For more details and to register, email a4w.rsvp@euuc.org or sign up in the Narthex.
