About the Style Guide
The Style Guide establishes language conventions for communications at EUUC. When applied across the entire organization, these standards will enhance clarity and professionalism in our communications.
Members, friends, and newcomers can be confused when different terms are used to represent a single concept or when a single term is used to mean different things. The Style Guide seeks to reduce these problems.
Required or Recommended?
People should adhere to the styles, except for instances when a different path would yield better communication. That is, if you choose to deviate, make that decision with intent. You do not need to obtain permission from anyone.

If you feel that one of the styles in the guide should be modified, please notify the Communications Council. The Style Guide is frequently updated with improvements.
