Neighbors in Need Saturday Breakfast

Our volunteers serve breakfast on the fourth Saturday of each month at Neighbors in Need.  We purchase, prepare, and serve the meal to low-income people who drop in. EUUC works in conjunction with other social service providers, including the host, Trinity Lutheran Church in Lynnwood.

Cold Weather Shelter

We All Belong is a cold weather shelter operating in the Edmonds Senior Center whenever the temperature dips below 32°  F. Throughout the winter on one night every week, our volunteers are available to run this shelter. They greet the guests, prepare a hot dinner, stay through the night, prepare breakfast, and send the clients off with a brown-bag lunch.

South Snohomish County Toy Shop

EUUC is one of the main coordinators of a holiday gift program for families who are served at the Lynnwood Food Bank. The Social Concerns Committee collaborates with other community resources as well as collect gifts from our members. Volunteers set up and run the Toy Shop.

Interfaith Shelter in Everett

The Interfaith Shelter allows families to stay together instead of separating the men from the women and small children. EUUC funding supports the low income housing program to assist tenants with transitional housing costs and provides supplies that residents cannot purchase with food stamps.
