If your group is planning to hold a fundraiser, you will need to submit this form, preferably a couple months before your event. Finance prefers that you submit your proposal through this online form.

However, you can download the form above and submit it to the Finance mailbox. In the early stages of planning fundraisers, some committees look to third party organizations, like Charity Navigator ( http://www.charitynavigator.org/), to help them evaluate the organization.
