Speaker: Chaplain Elisabeth Geschiere
Elisabeth is the former Coordinator of Youth, Young Adult, and Social Justice Programs at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington in Virginia and plans to become an ordained minister in the Unitarian Universalist tradition. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Vanderbilt Divinity School with concentrations in Spirituality and Social Activism as well as Religion and Economic Justice.
She is a queer educator, activist, and community organizer whose passions include her/history, music, writing, movement, and healing through connectedness to self, community, and the Earth. Elisabeth is trained and experienced in facilitation, antiracism education, peer counseling, and the restorative justice practices of Circle Keeping and Mediation.
